Gwyneth Paltrow is one of the new additions to detoxing from the celebrity world. She joins Beyoncé, Robin Quivers, and Oprah Winfrey as devotees to the detox diet, and detox cleanse. I think most of the cleansing diets that advocate eating whole foods, and eliminating toxic substances from your diet altogether are going to your increase health in general. I’m not too sure about the extreme diets that are condoning long-term fasting, or sticking to a particular type of food.
