Yes, it is the most popular product. Meat contains all necessary elements. You can live on flesh alone. Some northern peoples live this way. The whole issue is quality of life. There are very few long-lived among these peoples. It is one thing – to survive, and another – to live a long and healthy life. It is recognized that an excess of animal food affects health, leading to premature wearing out of internal organs and accumulation of genetic errors. The organism rapidly ages.
